Dear Student,

Our e-mails end up in boxes like Promotions Tab or Spambox very often. After you have taken our online tests during your Dutch course, you receive your test results as well your certificate only by e-mail!

This is very important!

Please add our e-mail address info()dutchacademyeindhoven.nl to your contact list (Email Address Book) and test it:

  1. Please make sure you have added our e-mail address to your contact list!
  2. Please send a test email to your e-mail address and reply to our email after you did this.
  3. If you have added our e-mail address to your contact list and did not receive our email (also not in your spam box), please change your e-mail address in your account.  For more info see our Student Desk page.

Step 1: Add our e-mail address to your contact list

Add a Sender to Google Contacts
  1. Find an email from our Dutch Academy. Open our email.
  2. You might have to check your Promotions or Spam tab.
  3. Hover your cursor over the sender’s name at the top of the email.
  4. Click Add to Contacts on the pop-up pane.
  5. If you want to add more information about this contact, click Edit Contact.

Add a Sender to Hotmail Contacts
  1. Find an email from our Dutch Academy. Open our email.
  2. You might have to check your Spam box.
  3. Click on our name in the From or the Cc lines of the message. …
  4. Click the More actions menu button next to the sender’s name.
  5. Click Add to contacts from the menu.

Add a Sender to Yahoo Contacts
  1. Find an email from our Dutch Academy. Open our email.
  2. You might have to check your Spam box.
  3. Move your cursor to the bottom of the card that opens and click the three-dot More icon to open a list of actions.
  4. Click Add to Contacts in the list.
  5. An Add Contact screen opens with the name populated, along with any other information pulled from the email. Enter any additional information you have for the person.
  6. Click Save.
